Ring Central app for PC doesn't look right

Now when I open my RC app from my desktop, it doesn't look right. It looks like it was drawn with pencil and when I try to copy and paste phone numbers into the app, it either won't let me paste it or it's really sensitive and I have to click in a certain spot to open up the command box so I can paste the number into the app to dial. This is so frustrating, it was working and now it's just a hassel to use for calling our customers. I have uninstalled-reinstalled-the app and rebooted my computer three times and tried the 9.1.2 version but still looks the same. How can I fix this?

Hi Mike, I updated to the 9.1.2 version. I'm not sure how to update the driver for my video card. The laptop was purchased August 1st this year so it's pretty new.

If you are running Windows 10, just go to the Device Manager. After you locate the device in the list, just "right click" on the item and you'll see an option to "update driver".

I did what you said and now it's working the way it should.  I can hear the voicemail messages again and copy/paste as before.  Thank you for your help, Mike!!

Can you tell us what version you updated to which first caused this?  We might be able to get you a different version, but we only like to do that as a last resort as they lack new features.

The first thing to try is updating the driver for your video card. Let us know if you have problems after that.
