October 9.3 feature release

Does anyone know the procedure to request early adoption of new releases?  As a partner I would like to have my account updated sooner then customers so I can evaluate and get used to it.

I second Brandon's question/idea. It sure would be nice because if we were to sign up a new customer, they always immediately have access to new features where we, as current customer, may not updated for 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer).
