So, I am wondering if you service could any worse, and RingCentral didn't fail to try. I called a couple of weeks ago to begin downgrading our service, and told our "Account Manager" to remove a phone number from our account on the next billing date. I found that RingCentral ignored my request and charged me for the line.
Now, I clicked on the sales window and asked the simple question "Are these messages being recorded to the account." Rather than chat with me, they immediately switch me to support, which them disconnects me.
I hope these messages are public, because I want people to see how bad RingCentral is. I will also be posting this same info to the RingCentral facebook page so that I can get the word out.
