Our company has been a RingCentral customer since February of 2017. We would like to be able to track the length of time an individual is in Available, Not Available and Do Not Disturb on a daily basis. I just inherited a new managerial role and am extremely disappointed this is not a featured part of the reporting. I would venture to say other companies would love to see this information. Could somebody please let me know how to access this reporting if it is available? If not, could you please inform your reporting team to add this for managerial and coverage reasons? I would guess this information is tracked somewhere within RingCentral already but why is it NOT easy to access? Seems pretty simple to me
