Adding a contact from a text message

Does anyone know if the ability to add a contact to your contacts from a text message exists? Seems a little strange to me that I can't just select that I want to add someone to my contacts right from the text message.

If you click the i next to the message there should be the option to add a new contact.

The only option is to "Add to an Existing Contact".
