Can I use a designated 800 number in-place of the default phone number to avoid having to input an ext.?

Hi Acen! You can assign a phone number directly to your Call Queue extension - so if anyone calls that number, it will ring that Call Queue and the members in it. Is that what you're trying to accomplish?
