Call log view - old vs. new

Hi,

Is there any way that call log can be changed back to what it was before -- with a custom range?

New log view isn't really as nearly helpful as the old one.

Case in point: if I select Types of Call boxes unchecked, then data shows up but if I check all types of call, nothing shows up. That makes no sense.

Thanks,
Derrick

Hey Derrick,
If you click on the little calendar icon that sits on the far right of the date range bar, then you can select whichever range you are looking for, up to 60 days back.

If you want a custom range, click the starting date then hold shift and click the end date.  Odd that you can't just type in the field.

Thanks for the response. Some thoughts...

1. No where does it explain range is acceptable or doable.
2. Can it be updated so that I can pull more than 2 months worth of data?
3. Wish the range is more user friendly, I would not have known about using shift if I hadn't read this. Even so, using shift key seems funky and I can't delete or input the date manually.
