There should be a way to let all admin's know when something has been changed and or added. This way when I get an voicemail for a company who's told me they don't like voicemail and another admin has been tinkering with the system that all know what and who made the changes on the account. Whether it's an admin's only tab where all changes are made are logged or something like that. This way it's not a head scratcher as to who made what changes and when.

2019-10-28 This is already available to account SuperAdmins in the audit trail feature - we use it every day - you can also download the reports going back for 6 months about what items were worked on by whom, and when. This is useful in debugging changes that had unintended results.
