I want to transfer/port a phone number from another internet service. When I enter the number at the top of the list of phone numbers on my old account, I get an error message saying that that phone number cannot be transferred at this time. This is fine because I want to transfer one of the non-primary numbers; however I cannot enter that number in the Enter Numbers You Would Like To Transfer field.
