I would like to cancel my trial account, but there is nobody picking up th phone. It tells me the proximated wait time is 0 minutes, yet I wait for 30 mins and the automated system tell me to record a message.
I have now recorded two messages and have contacted the online chat support, and nobody called me during the last 3 business days.
It seems ring central is trying really hard to force me into the first payment, while branding the trial service.
Now I would like to know if there is an option that I can directly get serviced (please stop telling me to call account management, nobody picked up the phone and nobody returns my phone), or should I just go to credit card company.
