Customer uses call park or hold, then cannot take a second call until original ends.
This is not so much a request for help as it is for information... I have two customers now who can only manage 1 call at a time - if they place a call on hold or park, that user cannot take a second incoming call until the first is ended, regardless of whether the first is picked up from the hold or park by another line. I've had a case open for this going on 3 months now with no resolution in site. Does anyone have any info regarding what the hold up is?
