How does a new RingCentral user with a new account access RingCentral Contact Center?

I'm reading about this Contact Center that seems to be a CRM system that I'd assume I am licensed for considering I signed up for the full package. Where is it? I'm my company's admin.

I checked your account and it looks like you have RingCentral Office, but not Contact Center. If you're interested in Contact Center, you can learn more here.
