We are trying to create a speed dial for conferencing so that it automatically enters the host ID.  After some research on the web, it turns out that Polycom doesn't have a pause option to be able to enter the Host ID.  As a workaround, I know the pause is available in the mobile/desktop app, so I was wondering if there was a way to create a desktop icon that would dial the Polycom and enter the conference info.
