Changing City on extension caller ID for Ringcentral purchased numbers

Our direct phone numbers that were purchased from RC for each extension have the town labeled as Stafford VA.  Our numbers that were ported show our desired local town.  My sales people want to use their direct dial number for outbound caller ID so people can return their call directly to their phone line.   People aren't answering their calls b/c of the strange town on caller ID.
Is there a way to have the extension direct dial numbers to change caller ID to match our local town?  People aren't picking up our calls because they think it's a telemarketing call.  Thank you!

Welcome to the list of clients desiring the same functionality from RingCentral, the ability to change the caller ID so our outbound callers have a better chance of having our calls picked up. This is not a new topic for RC, yet they haven't addressed the issue. We see the same question asked on our screen right now from a Blain Jacobson from 5 years ago.

Memo to RC - As companies in 2020, we're trying to push past so many robo calls that people ignore answering most calls; companies are attempting to revitalize our business past COVID; attempting to reach out as legitimate companies to customers who can use our services.

If RC doesn't listen to its client base requesting control in setting the outbound caller ID, when, not if, we find a competitor company with that service provided, RC will rapidly start losing business. We are already looking for another provider.

RC, it's time to catch up for your client's real needs in 2020
