I have four members currently, no phone tree. I just want callers to ring two members simultaneously and then if there is no answer on the two members' lines, the call is forwarded to an outside number.
I have already been told by customer service that I cannot forward to an outside number after a call has been placed in a call queue. I tried nesting the second user under the first user but I cannot create a call group containing a member under the same member (I hope that makes sense).
What can I do?
