Phones become unregistered

I have seen a few post about people having this same issue a long time ago, but nothing recent and no answers to any of the posts.

We have several users who are having their phones unregister randomly throughout the day. No internet issues or anything.

What has been done to fix this in the past for people? RC says it is our network, but our network is showing all green.

Two of my customers had this same issue. About half of there phone would become unregistered. It ended up being a fault of the ISP. Please check with your ISP. Stay after them. They may deny it a first.

But if it was an ISP issue wouldn't the problem be business wide? Why would it only affect a couple users? I'd say we are aware of about 5-8 people having the problem out of 50+ in the same office.
