Using "RingCentral Office Standard" in Canada. I have a Polycom desk phone that shows assigned to a user, but the phone only shows "Phone User" when it starts up. The status for the phone shows as "Order in Progress" in the admin portal. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again 4 times now and it's showing the same thing. When I try placing a call using the phone, it responds with "We are sorry but you need to restart your phone...".
