I need to use Fax API in my Dotnet Core3.0 web application C#. Is it mandatory to provide RingCentral account user name and password in my code to send Faxes for sandbox and production environment?. A ClientID and Client secret is provided in your code but it also asking an access token. We will get the access token only after authorizing with the user credential.
Is there any other way to authenticate and can send faxes without user credentials because we need to give our user credential for developers .
