Problem configuring Yealink T48S Shortcut and Main Menu

I purchased a Yealink T48S phone. The Shortcut and Main Menu currently has Directory, Intercom, Page, and More. I am a one-person office and do not use Intercom or Page function. I want to configure the Shortcuts by replacing Intercom and Page with History and Message, which are currently available only by More>Menue>History or Message. I have a U.S. account. I have tried the admin user name and admin password and it does not work.
