I have two accounts for 2 different businesses. I have managers and other employees who share roles with both businesses. I was under the impression that if I were to have the accounts federated that it would allow for both accounts to be linked and act as if the users, from both accounts, were on one account. Once the account federation was completed, I realized that it really only allows for extension dialing. Is there a way that I can have users be apart of both company call queues, have managers see statuses, monitor, barge and whisper to users of different accounts and be able to have all users utilize the collaboration features RingCentral has to offer?
