Hello, we have been a RingCentral client for many years and have been thrilled with the service. When we opened up our original RC account, it was for the one company we were operating at the time. We have since opened up a couple other companies, and for the sake of convenience, I just made the companies different extension and different direct lines. For the way I poorly set it up, it works for what we initially needed it to do. Now, we are receiving more calls for each company and trying to make outgoing calls from each company. I am trying to re-structure our phone system so that each desk phone would be able to make and receive calls for each line. As it stands, all outgoing calls are placed by the original company number we set up (unless we use the App and login to that extension). If anybody has any idea or thought on how to do this, please help! I am completely confused here and would like to resolve the issue once and for all if it can be done. TIA!
