Not receiving voicemail attachments in emails?

We don't always receive the recorded voicemail message in email, only the text.  They were coming through fine but have now stopped.

Hello Anna,

Apologies, you might need to check the settings in your admin portal.
I noticed that we don't have an open ticket in regard to this matter.
