On the desktop app for iOs when you're looking at the "All Calls" call log list, to the left of each call's caller ID name/phone number there is a colored circle with a letter in it, usually the letter is just the first letter in the caller ID name that shows up..
I just noticed that different calls have different colored circles to the left of them, however, the colors on each call aren't consistent as if it was just a color pattern for aesthetic looks in the app. There's no set order that these color circles are in, sometimes there's a few different numbers in a row that have the same color circle and sometimes there isn't. I also notice that the color of the circle has nothing to do with whether the call was incoming, outgoing, missed, etc. Another thing I noticed is that the same color is used for one phone number, for example, I had a missed call from the same number twice today, although the calls came in hours apart and were not back to back; but on the log, both of those calls from the same number have the same color circle by the caller ID.
So mainly what I'm trying to ask is, do the different colors for these circles have different meanings? (For example, if there is a few missed calls on my call log, and they each have a different color circle next to the name, would one color possibly mean that the missed call was answered by another person in the queue after I missed it? Or maybe a specific color means that call was never picked up by anyone when they were calling in?) - By the way, I just happen to be using missed calls in my example but again, on my "All Calls" call log there is different colors on all types of calls that aren't in a consistent pattern so I assume the different colors must mean different things... The different colors that appear in these circles are Orange, Purple, Green, Yellow, a Dark Yellow (Mustard) color, Red, Gray, Light Blue, and Dark Blue.
