a customer is looking for having a second addtional (basically he has a physical phone linked to a DDI, and a first additional softphone authorized on his office computer). the second additional softphone will be used on his personal Laptop .
(The issue is that he is always obliged to ask his administrator to de authorize the office PC and link the softphone to his personal laptop )
Is there a way we can add a second additional softphone without adding another DDI and keep both computers authorized simultaneously ?
