CallControl permission not passing graducation requirement

I successfully tested below endpoint using subscription , also CallControl permission passed for XYZ app.

Also for XYZ clone app, I successfully tested above endpoint using subscription, but now for this XYZ clone app CallPermission is not passing.


Please guide on this..

Please check with developer support team at devsupport@ringcentral.com and send them both the client ids of both the application to look into.
