RC app on mobile carrier signal

I am using RC app for andoid. When i am on my carrier signal and not on wifi, my calls from the app keeps redirecting back to me. Can someone explain why this happens on your mobile carrier signal?

Hi Germaine,  Make sure you have the "over 3g/4G or Wi-Fi" option turned on.  See step #4 on this page:
