My incoming faxes have not worked in a week. It is impossible to get a live person. Anyone have a number to a human being?

My incoming faxes have not worked in a week. It is impossible to get a live person. The chat people just kep telling me it has been sent to a higher level.  I cannot run my business without a fax. Anyone have a number to a human being?
