Lock Ringer volume on Polycom Soundpoint IP 331?

I have several employees who turn their volume all the way down & often miss calls. Is there a way to prevent them from turning it down?

I have searched the community, and only find very little, and what I did find, seemed to require programming knowledge, which I don't possess.

I'm not aware of any setting to do this. Even rebooting the phone doesn't change the user setting. I also don't recall any setting in the web console which allows this.

Hey O'Neal, the short answer is that there's not a simple, easy way to set something like this up without having to do some manual programming on the phone. Which is a whole other monster and I don't have any knowledge on how to do.
