Google Contacts: Synchronize contacts with Zapier Integration

If Ring Central had Zapier.com integration it would solve the problem of RingCentral-Google Contacts synchronization and about a dozen others. Zapier already links my Google account, Salesforce account, Quickbooks account, Zoho Creator Account, Survey Monkey account, Adobe Echosign account, and a few others. That lets all of these web applications share info with one another. If Ring Central had Zapier integration, it would let me sync RC with all these accounts as well. In fact, I've replaced all web apps but Ring Central for alternatives that integrate with Zapier; the clock is ticking on RC for us.

I'd settle for google contacts syncing, but Zapier integration would make Ring Central way more efficient and powerful!

Hi Benjamin,

We need API sync for our Address book. Can you please give us access to the API. Currently we are using zendesk and it is fully sync, but we are trying to switch over to RingCentral. But only thing that is missing is this contact sync with the team.

Please get back to me and let's implement this for our case. We have dedicated developer and our system is very robust and agile, so we can adapt things very quickly.

Best Regards
Basit

Could you please send an email to devSupport@ringcentral.com and provide the following information to be considered for access to the Address Book API:

1. Link to this post
2. Your detailed Use Case outline and requirements
3. Data that outlines your use case throughput
4. A request that their case be escalated to Tier 2 (and let them know that Benjamin Dean supports this, and they can refer to this post to see it)

I am unable to simply "grant" access to these beta API resources, and I am going on vacation for the next 10 days and that's why I am having you send the email to devSupport@ringcentral.com to make sure you are being served.

Thanks,
Benjamin

Thank you Benjamin. I have emailed them.  Please if you can push our case to Tier 2 team. That would make things easy and fast. Thank you again for the help, I hope we can get to use the API calls, so we can continue using RingCentral for our overall customer service center.

Best Regards,
Basit
