Call Recordings: download for a specific date range.

If you guys could look at the call logs section and add a place were the ring central portal can automatically download call logs and recordings for a specific date range. This way we do not have to go back weeks at a time and download only one days worth of calls and recordings, this is very time consuming. Thank You

Are you talking about via individual user or as Super Admin?

As Super Admin, if you select OPEN ADVANCED FEATURES

Then enter the field information and select DELIVERY SETTINGS,

You can then create your automatic logs to be send to your email.

Iam talking about the admin portal yes, you can set a call log delivery, however that does not include recordings, it is just call logs. Maybe add this feature? The problem is downloading one day at a time is so time consuming waiting on this, when I may need a week or even two weeks worth of call logs AND recordings.
