User hours: customize notifications settings for After Hours

Add new feature: It would be great to be able to set individual user hours for SMS notifications.

Currently there are no user hours settings for any notifications in RingCentral. Hours can be set for your incoming phone calls but it you wish to be notified of a missed call or a fax, the notification (email or SMS) will come through as well.

While it might be a nice feature to be able to set hours for any notifications (SMS, phone call, fax or missed calls), there are numerous apps which can handle that.

I don't have an iPhone but Android phones have numerous options. One of the best, which I use, is AutomateIt Pro. There is a free version but the paid AutomateIt Pro (which is only $3.99) enables other features including silencing the phone during meetings, which was important for me. The free version will silence your phone, based on rules you set up, for any time periods.

I would like to see a feature of creating a rule for specific time to receive email notification for voicemail, I use ringcentral for a comment line for resturant that are open very late at night, right now they get voice mail notices all night long 1am, 2am....Thanks

Murray - Are your notifications coming in that late to your cell phone, RingCentral cell App, e-mail, text (cell or app), etc.?

I changed the ext to message only so they don't ring late at night. late at night they get email and SMS for the mangers the have SMS set up on their extensions. But these message go to the same email account as urgent email issues that require their immediate attention therefore they check these message when they come in.
