Call Recording: Add extension # to downloaded file names

We could have several recordings all w/in same minute from different users, and it's important that we be able to tell who made the recording. Or maybe have an identifier field in the User profile that could be added to the filename. Something.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Call Recordings: Add extension to downloaded recording filename. We have sales reps that generate recordings of all their sales. When we download the recordings they come down as 'Message (date) (time).mp3. This does us no good as several reps could be making a sale at the same time. We have to listen to all recordings to verify all business rules were followed, and it's driving our CustSvc dept. crazy trying to match up reps with recordings. PLEASE put the extension # on the download filename so they can tell who is who. Thx.
