Hold Music: decrease volume

We are looking to reducing the volume on the "hold music", which we have elected to be "Acoustic", but after talking to customer support, we don't have access to this file, and we would need it to reduce the volume on it.

We are not interested in recording our own hold music, for several reasons but most importantly we are satisfied with the existing ones and don't want to have any rights issues.

If we could get access to some of the defaults, or at least the "Acoustic" ones we can upload it again as a custom and that would be enough for us.

Thanks!

Is the volume just to loud on the default music settings or something you uploaded?

Let us know.  There is no volume adjust now but there is a way to record at a lower output level.

Describe your exact issue if you have one or are you just looking for a new feature

Thanks

Chuck, The issue is that the hold music default from ringcentral is too loud. This DOES NOT involve any custom recording, just the default acoustic music. Thanks!
