Billing: notification warning regarding minutes' consumption and usage

A reminder or notification that would allow user to know when their account's minutes are about to be used up. This would give the user a heads-up of stopping any activity that will use their account's minutes or prepare for any purchase calling credit charges. A feature that is similar to how some phone carriers give warning regarding data/minutes consumption.

Sorry, but out Product Team does not have time to personally respond to every feature request posted here.  I like this idea and understand why many people might want this.   Rest assured our Product Team does review all feature requests and I personally send regular reports and Communicate all requests.  Unfortunately we receive hundreds of requests and even the most wanted features require prioritization and many months of planning to make it into work-flow.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Low minutes email and/or text notification.. Customers should get an email notification when included minutes are about to run out before charging the card on file for PCC

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Notification when toll free minutes are running low - before just suspending serv.... I am a reseller and discovered today when a new customer went over their 20,000 toll free minute bundle their service was immediately suspended and an email sent to the super admin.  She was understandably upset and I confirmed with partner support that there is no policy or feature to notify customers before suspending their service like this.

So- my ideas are to to either have some admin option to send an email when a bundle of minutes falls below a certain threshold and/or RingCentral implement something like this on their own back end to notify customers before just suspending them.

This particular customer is an inbound call center doing catalog sales and Christmas is a busy and important time for them, but really I would understand the frustration of any customer having their service disabled without any warning.
