RingCentral stops Archiving calls every few weeks due to server issues with either RingCentral or Dropbox; unfortunately, there is no way of knowing when this has occurred until someone notices it and reports it.
I would like a feature where the Admin on the account receives an email notifying them that the archiver has stopped. This will help us quickly know when issues arise with the archiver service.
