RingCentral for Salesforce update field "Task Subtype" to Call, instead of Task.

Currently, when there is an Inbound or Outbound call RingCentral populates the "Task Subtype" field with "Task". The only issue with this the icon that appears in Lightning is a Task icon, and not a Call icon. We would like to see Call populated in the Task Subtype field instead of Task.

Hello Mat, 
Sorry for late reply, We have implemented this feature and it has been there for a while now. Would you please upgrade the app from AppExchange and let us know how it goes.

We just implemented RingCentral and it is still logging calls as task subtype - as task. Any suggestions?

Hello Jory, 
I apologize for late response. I am really surprised. Could you kindly verify your App version?  It should be in two places,  in Salesforce, Setup->Installed Packages and look for version of the rc_sf_package.  The other place to check is in RingCentral App under settings (Gear Icon) from home page
