Fax: Increase file attachment size limit.

FAXING: increase attachment size from 20 MB to 30MB, since most scanners scan to the full capacity around 30MB per max load of scanned documents

I work for a medical practice and we create a lot of .pdf files that we use to fax between various facilities , but the 20mb file limitation makes it cumbersome. Will this always be the size limitation with RingCentral?

When you do provide this service, please provide us with an email to use so that we are not limited by other email server as to the size we can upload or download through those email servers.

Ring central please increase the file attachment size, my practice uses this feature to send faxes and a lot of our records are larger than 20mb, I have thought about switching to a different service just because of the limit of the 20mb you currently have on your file attachments on the fax service. Please increase, Please!

Ring Central, I too would greatly appreciate being able to fax 30MB instead of 20. I work in medical records, and I routinely fax out files larger than 20MB. This would be a nice upgrade. Thank you for considering this.

Yes I need this increased as our file size requirements are getting larger and ringcentral is getting smaller! We will have to switch too!

I would with increasing the fax size limit. My company has the need to fax 50MB+ at times, the 20 MG limit is too hard to overcome, having to break down documents to accommodate the limit. Please increase the size limit, we may be forced to move away from RC if size cannot be increased.
