Can we please get the amount of time extended that the faxes stay on the ring central website? We have to go back and find some often in our line of work.

It is used for a business fax with 3 lines.

Please update to keep faxes obtainable for as long as possible. We currently only see them for about 2 weeks. That is not ok with our business. We get 20 plus faxes a day.

In the event you need to store data for a linger period of time, you'll probably want to take a look at the "Archiver" here: RingCentral for Dropbox

I need to have a longer retention on messages (faxes) If for some reason, If I delete a message, I should be able to go back and view Important messages such as faxes.

Can we please have longer data retention for fax messages in the sent items box? There are customers who wants to check the fax messages they've sent to their client but can no longer see them since it is already beyond 30 days. This is important especially for those whose business rely on faxing.

Account type (U.S., Canada, UK, AT&T, Telus, BT) - US / FLORIDA
A brief description of the business - CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
A high level description of the product or feature being requested - I need / want faxes to be available to me from previous years.
A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature - Today, I had to find a fax that I received from a client that was sent to me in 2014.
Benefit of such feature - Having the previously received faxes saved / archived is a necessary resource for my CPA firm.
Include any related case number if applicable - None
Number of Users and/or Digital Lines - One

Recommendation - Add a program feature whereby I can have your software automatically save faxes from previous periods / years to a folder that I choose on my local computer hard drive.

I would highly suggest setting up RingCentral Archiver for the future.

Please add the feature that would allow me to review all sent faxes for longer than 30 days. Not just the call log, but the actual complete fax that was sent. Thank you.

Yes. A 30 day log for a business is ridiculous. Just found this out the hard way and now I have no record. We all need better options here.

I understand you don't want to store that data, but a simple PDF in an email or something similar would work. Anything to see a simple history. Pretty disappointing.

We were informed by the support agent our issues were due to the unread fax messages limit. The support agent informed us we could post here to request an increase to the 200 unread fax limit.
