I literally can't believe this 4 person limit is still a thing. We went to have a 4 person meeting with our CEO and couldn't because audio/video counted as two participants. Completely embarrassing. Our President wanted us to pull the plug on RC. EVERY free web conference option offers more than this. Why am I now having to pay hundreds more a month just to get a NORMAL number of participants. We cant even do internal meetings with this limit crap.

Agreed with such limited number. We wanted to cancel the contract, but we would have to wait until the contract end date. Waste the contract money.

I agree; 4 is an absurdly low if not impossible number for collaboration. It's 2020. I could host a larger meeting with a FREE service. 25 seems more reasonable, and I could even understand 10. But 4?! We are a small team using a standard plan which is otherwise more than adequate, but even our small nonprofit team couldn't have a video meeting today. I'm pleased with our overall experience with RC so far but this is extremely frustrating.

Just adding my voice to the chorus, only I can say with 100% certainty that our company WILL leave RC if this isn't changed before the end of our contract. I have to deal with too many actual problems. I certainly don't need to pay to have another problem, especially since the purpose of this service is to solve problems.
