Control ring order of Desktop App and Mobile App.

Or allow us to customize the order we want our devices to be used in.

Why is  user, call handling and forwarding so the "softphone and smart phones" is hard coded to be rung first before the other devices. Softphone should be separated smart phones and allow the user to determine the order.

Allow us to customize our call flow for each device: desktop app, smartphone, and hardphone.

This feature not being present is causing our leadership to consider switching to a new platform due to the inconvenience this causes some of our users. I'm finding it increasingly difficult to disagree with them as it has been so long without the feature. Is there any update on this? It would go a long way for helping us to make a decision.

Customer is requesting for a feature where we could make the desk phone ring first before the Mobile and Desktop application.

Absolutely ridiculous! Q4 2020??? on a feature that has been requested for OVER 5 YEARS?

This seemingly simple feature, 5 years in the making, still isn't arriving for another year. As a new customer, this feature update window is extremely concerning for our business. I may not understand the complexity of this particular feature and whether it warrants 5 years of development but for comparison we went to the moon in 9 years. :)

Five years later, and it's still a feature that is being pushed out until later in the year, if at all? This is terrible. I want to make my physical phone the 1st device, then if I don't pickup I want the alternate app to ring (desktop OR mobile).

Q4 2020? This is a serious flaw in call handling. Let's get this some priority. It seems that there are enough users clambering for it...

OMG, years ago when we joined RC I was asked if this was possible. I told our people, good news, there is already a feature request and it will not be long....WRONG.
Please RC get your act together.  NOTHING TAKES THIS LONG.
