We heavily use both SMS and fax features over calls for our transactions and we just found out from our contacts that they were getting an error message that documents being faxed over failed or the recipients inbox is already full. According to RC tech support there is system delay in deleting old message to allow new ones to come in, once the 200 inbox limit is reached. And that the only current work-around, which will be very inconvenient, is to individually log in to each account to manually delete old messages to free up space.
For business plans, is there a way to set unlimited storage? This will avoid any interruption in our service, inconvenience on our end as well as for our customers, and will allow us to back track and review communications on old transactions.
