Please allow us to ring our desk phone first and then ring the app on cell phone!

I want my desk phone to ring first and then if I don't answer, I want my app on my cell phone to ring. Seem pretty reasonable.

Many people still use their desk phone as their primary answering device.

I am in agreement that having the desk phone ring first and then the app ring would be beneficial.

I agree I had this feature where it would call both the desk phone and my cell phone at the same time. I had to turn off just go to the desk phone only; when my wife or I tried to answer either device it would drop. This is not good for customer retention.
