UK text messaging

I would really like to text my customers in the UK. Do you know when this feature might be available?

Sadly, I don't think Ring Central have any intention of bringing SMS to the UK ever! 

The fact they said back in 2014 they were working on it is a joke.

It's made worse, by every release banging on about SMS and the latest release says "Send text messages individually to many recipients at once" Just to be able to send a single SMS would be a huge step forward.
