The registration page generated by RingCentral Webinar does not appear to support hyperlinks in the Description area of the Registration page.
Providing a link to a more detailed Agenda, for example, allows the Description area to remain clear and concise. However, URLs in the text of the Description area are currently not clickable.
The same Description text is included in the Registration Confirmation, where the URLs are clickable links.
