Hello, I am wondering if the Q&A portion of RC Webinar can be improved so that it is easier to monitor.
Currently, it can be broken out into a separate window, but this window cannot be minimized independently of the whole webinar. If you minimize the webinar, it takes several clicks to reopen the Q&A. Additionally, there are no visual or audible alerts to incoming Q&A.
I'm wondering if some simple visual alerts can be added to Q&A, so that a panelist can monitor Q&A without listening to or watching webinar. Just the Q&A minimized with flashing taskbar or something like that.
The way we are doing webinars, which I'm sure is common, is that a panelist tends to Q&A while the host presents the webinar. It is not necessary for the panelist to watch or listen to the webinar. This would free up our man hours a bit!
