When I fax out of email my signature image is added

This happens to us, too. Not a desirable feature. We use Outlook. We maintain a gaudy, complicated company email signature that contains seven images. If someone emails a fax and doesn't delete or turn off their email signature, each image gets sent as a separate page in addition to the cover page and file attachment.

I've since instructed staff to make sure they omit their email signature when emailing faxes, but that's bound to be forgotten now and then. I'd rather see this fixed on the RingCentral side.

Is there a reason for having 7 separate images? The quickest fix would probably be to combine them into a single image.

Hi Mike. Our marketing team likes their fancy email signature, so it's not likely to change. Even if it did get consolidated into a single image (and without getting into details - it can't work that way), we'd still be wasting a page on each emailed fax whenever a user forgets to remove their signature from the message.

I'll just hope staff remembers to email their faxes minus the email signature.

This happens to us also. I am starting another thread with the a simple way to change the functionality of email to fax that would greatly improve everyone's experience.
