I have all my "Music or Ringtone callers will hear while connecting" and "Audio callers hear when put on hold" set to custom. The custom tracks play properly when the customer calls and dials the extension or group.
If I answer a call and manually place a call on hold by pressing ## it plays "Acoustic" I don't see the option to change this anywhere.
This seems like a bug since my custom audio plays fine when used in other scenarios.
Can anyone else replicate this?
