Changing the "No one here...", Leave a Message audio/message?

I've been hunting though all the controls for well over an hour, trying to figure out how to change the message callers here, right before they leave a message. Currently the message says, "There's no one here to take your call..." And this is NEVER the case with us, so we need to change this outbound message to something else. But how? Anyone? Thanks.

Hi Jmas, this is the default message for Voice Mails.  Just select the Custom option and record a message you want your users to hear.  Now there are several locations this could be done.  on the after hours, tab or any extension that calls may be routing to.

But the process is the same just record a custom message

Thanks

Thanks Chuck.

One other question if you don't mind?

I noticed that the only way to interrupt the outgoing message (greeting) to instantly be able to leave a message is by pressing the pound key (#). However, people in the U.K. generally do not use the same term for "pound key", so some or most do not know what you are referring to when you say "press the pound key".

We will have a moderate lengthy message within some individual department greetings, assuring our members that we are always here, etc. I just want them to be able to interrupt our greeting message, ala, "Press zero at any time to leave a message."

When testing our new system at RingCentral I noticed I could only interrupt the greeting (to leave a message) by pressing the pound key (#). And I found no other way to change this.

So my question is this: Is there a way to designate a different telephone pad key in this regard?

Thank you,

hahaha, we came across this issue last week.  I re-did the recording using the words "Press the hash key" instead of pound key. Everyone now a days knows what a hash tag is, and it has worked out well for us so far.

Well yes, but then you will have some older people, some of our members, who do not yet participate in social media, not knowing what a hash tag is, thus the problem persists.

I also see screen shots of an "interrupt" recording, but no where can I find this in my interface. So far, I'm a little disappointed in this service.

Okay, I think I discovered that the box you want to go to, has to be enabled. Imagine that!!!. Now if I could only find out how to include audio interrupts in music on old.
