Please help me figure out a solution to a pretty basic problem to help our Leadership team. When someone dials (for example) the CEO's phone, we'd like it to ring his phone AND the office manager's phone. If he's doesn't answer after a ring or two, she can answer it. If she doesn't, it goes to his voicemail.
We have presence enabled for the office manager, so she can see his line light up, but we can not get it to "ring". We're using a Polycom Soundpoint 550.
We've also tried adding her number to his Call Handling, and while that does ring her phone, it rings on *her* line... so she doesn't know it's a call for him vs a blind call to the organization.
