Sent messages

I use to be able to click on sent messages and see a history of sent faxes but now it has disappeared.  Is there a way to recover my sent faxes?   Is there a policy stating how long ring central will hold on to sent faxes?

You will see your sent faxes in the Sent Items folder. Sent messages are stored in the Sent items folder up to 30 days.

Thanks.  It feels like this policy was recently enforced because for as long as I have been a customer, I have never had a problem accessing really old faxes.   This is the first time all of my messages in the sent folder have been deleted.  Thanks for the quick response.
